Desired Candidate Profile
- Good communication skills.
- Responsible for End to End recruitment.
- Sourcing the relevant profiles from the various job portals, Line up, and screen as per the requirements.
- Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients across pan India
- Thoroughly understand and work on the requirements of the client.
- Conduct initial screenings, reference checks, negotiate packages, relocation, coordinate client interviews, and work with the Account Managers to close the position.
- Responsible for maintaining and communicating candidate follow-up and status update on a regular basis.
- Experience in IT Staffing/Recruitment is an added advantage.
