- This On-the-job training program is being implemented as per National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM) regulation and fulfill necessary conditions as specified by AICTE to the unemployed youth.
- The candidates selected under this will get an opportunity to acquire skills essential for working in the industry over the training period of two years.
- During this period, the trainee will attend classroom training and also get hands-on work experience in the industry.
- Trainees will also get the monthly stipend, training material, uniform, shoes, and safety kits, apart from insurance coverage.
- After successful completion of the program, the participant will be awarded a certificate under NEEM from NTTF.
- The successful candidate will get a chance to work with industry.
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work in 24/7 Shifts

About Company
NTTF – an educational foundation established in the year 1963 – is the living symbol of Indo-Swiss co-operation; aimed at promoting purposeful Technical Education for the youth of India. The seed was put in place at Thalassery (Kerala), in the year 1959.
In its mission, the Foundation was actively supported with generous assistance from the Government of Switzerland, HEKS (a Swiss NGO), and Swiss Development Co-operation (a development agency in Switzerland).
