- ICICI Academy for Skills (ICICI Academy) is a national-level skill building initiative launched by ICICI Group, under the aegis of ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth, with the aim of providing job-oriented vocational skills to underprivileged youth for improving their livelihood potential and quality of life.

- 100% Placement Assistance.
- NSDC certification provided by central Govt of India*90% of practical training.
- Training Duration 4-5 Hrs/Day.
- The Academy organizes a placement drive for its centers and candidates are evaluated by the Industry Partners of the Academy
- Qualification: 8th Std - UG Degree.
- Age : 18 - 30 Years
- Candidates can visit our Academy for an enrollment process which will involve counseling with Sourcing Associate.
- Candidates are required to carry a photo id proof (license card/voter card/ration card), two passport size photographs and latest education certificate.

ICICI Academy for Skills (ICICI Academy) is a national-level skill building initiative launched by ICICI Group, under the aegis of ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth, with the aim of providing job-oriented vocational skills to underprivileged youth for improving their livelihood potential and quality of life.
· ICICI Academy offers free 12-week vocational training on 11 skills (7 technical and 4 non-technical courses) for students from Class VIII and above in the age group of 18 to 30 years
· Tied up with industry leaders as knowledge partners to create an ecosystem which provides best-in class course curriculum, technical labs and industry linkages.
· Since inception in October 2013, we have launched 24 centres across India
· ICICI Academy has trained and enabled employment for over 106,741 youth (as of Sep 30, 2018). Out of this ICICI Academy for Skills Tamil Nadu has trained over 16,000 youth.
· Over 1000 employers across sectors like financial services, automobile, telecommunication, and manufacturing have participated in the placement process so far, resulting in 100% placement record
