Eligibility and other details:

• Educational Qualification in Diploma in any Discipline (Specifically MECH, POLYMER)
• Experience in Production or Assembly Line
• Freshers can apply
• Should have basic knowledge in their core subject.
• Should be passionate to learn new things.
• Only 2018 to 2020 passed outs.
• Candidates will be enrolled under NEEM Scheme.
• Candidates should be from Gujarat (Preferably from Vadodara)
• Work Location – GIDC, Manjusur, Vadodara

Job Description - Associates will placed in Gasket Plant / Press Plate / Assembly / Quality:

• Operating Press machines
• Assist in the Tool change over and repairing
• Assist in Planned maintenance and repair of machinery.(Mechanical/Electrical)
• Operate machines/ tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process.
• Perform periodic checks on equipment and solve problems as detected.
• Gasket Quality Inspections
• Maintain 5S in shop floor and surrounding machine
• Produce parts as per Quality norms .
• Adhere safety as per Company Policy
