Job Description
- Looking For Trainee- Legal whose industrial training is pending.
- Strong drafting skills in terms of drafting legal documents including Service Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, Technology Purchase Agreements, License Agreements, Petitions, Affidavits, Plaints, etc. with high level of accuracy
- Strong oral as well as written communication skills
- Candidate shall possess persuasive skills.
- Strong interpretation of laws with high level of understanding thereof
- The candidate shall be responsible to manage the contracts portfolio of the Company under which his role would include drafting and vetting of day to day contracts/agreements and other documentation of the Company.
- Compliance with various laws including Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, LLP Act, Shops & Establishment Act etc, Managing litigation, drafting legal notices & their replies, Legal Advisory, Managing Mergers & Demergers, ROC filings, Drafting of Agenda & Board Minutes, Shareholders meetings Minutes, Notice of General Meetings etc.
