Role- Trainee Medical Coder
Life Science and Medical Science Background Courses, CPC or CRC Certification Required 
Passed Out Year - 2018 to 2023

Your role involves translating information from a patient's medical documents into universal medical codes, including physician notes, lab reports, procedures, and diagnoses. 

Responsibilities:
Analysing the medical records
Assigning the CPT, ICD, & Modifiers as required based on the standard operating protocol
Ensure that all codes are current and active
Checking the LCD as per the carrier specifications
Meet daily coding production and quality standards as per SLA
Maintaining patient confidentiality and information security
