Job Description :
- Responsible for the decomposition of departmental production targets and taking measures to improve performance;
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments to organize the workshop production scheduling plan;
- Promote various KPI projects such as process improvement, yield improvement, production efficiency, consumables control, and rework and treatment of defective products;
- Production site management, resource follow-up, manpower allocation, and ensuring smooth production;
- Workshop staff attendance, discipline, performance appraisal, and skills training;
Educational Qualification:
- 2023, 2024 and 2025 Diploma graduates without arrears.
• Diploma Engineers: Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics
• Candidates should have a minimum CGPA of 6.5 or 65% aggregate (may vary based on company requirements).
Soft Skills:
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Note : F2F interview is Mandatory. We will announce the interview date after profiles shortlisted
The selected candidates will undergo on-the-job training in various departments such as production, maintenance, quality control, process improvement, or assembly operations.
