- Learn and operate software to manage operational activities.
- Enter, update, and maintain shipment details, customer data, and documentation in the system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth flow of shipment processes
- Monitor and update status reports of shipments
- Perform other operational support tasks as assigned by the team lead/manager.
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn software tools
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
