Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Processing full cycle of O2C - Order to Cash

* Order processing –GO order, B2B order, B2C order, shipment tracking and updation

* Manual orders, ticket lot issues, invoice generation

* Processing of orders (telephonic, email etc.)

* Preparing and filling invoices, billing, order details and dispatch details

* Checking material and dispatch of orders

* Cross verification with inventory

* Preparation of monthly sales MIS statements

* Timely settlement of claims and credit notes

* Confidentiality is must

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in using MS Office applications

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
