Position Summary

Understand and establish the basic professional E-mail etiquettes and obtains client information by answering clients online, interviewing clients, verifying information. Also determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer service and conflict resolutions skills
• Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Opens customers’ accounts by recording account information
• Maintains customer records by updating account information
• Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
• Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.

Education & Experience

Graduate (preferred B.Sc.)
