Job Description
Position Summary
Understand and establish the basic professional E-mail etiquettes and obtains client information by answering clients online, interviewing clients, verifying information. Also determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer service and conflict resolutions skills
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customers’ accounts by recording account information
- Maintains customer records by updating account information
- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Fulfils requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
Education & Experience
Graduate (preferred B.Sc.)0-1 year
Desired Skills and Abilities
- Awareness of ISO & ISMS
- Basic Email Etiquettes
- MS Office
- Typing Skills minimum 15 WPM with 85% accuracy & Basic System Navigation Skill
- Ability to write, read and speak English to suit business need
- Good analytical, numerical ability and logical reasoning
- Customer focus and Being attentive
- Comprehending Ability and Decision Makin
