About the Role:As an Executive – Customer Success, QRT, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the operational performance of our electric two-wheeler fleet in real time. You will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicle uptime, addressing technical issues remotely, and coordinating with field teams for on-ground support. Your role will require
strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure smooth fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities· Real-time Monitoring: Track the health, location, and performance of the EV bikes through a centralized dashboard.
· Incident Management: Identify faults, breakdowns, and anomalies in vehicle performance; initiate troubleshooting or escalate as needed.
· Remote Diagnostics: Utilize telematics data to diagnose and resolve vehicle-related issues remotely.
· Coordination: Work closely with field technicians, service teams, and customer support to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
· Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data trends to predict potential failures, optimize fleet efficiency, and provide periodic reports to management.
· Customer Support Liaison: Assist in resolving customer complaints related to vehicle functionality and performance.
· Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current monitoring and response protocols; suggest and implement improvements.
· Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles adhere to regulatory and safety guidelines through active monitoring and alerts.
Key Requirements:
· Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in command center operations, fleet management may be preferred (EV industry experience is a plus).
· Strong understanding of IoT, telematics systems, and vehicle diagnostics.
· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
· Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
· Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) is an advantage.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
