Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Trainee Quality Assistant to support the quality assurance (QA) team in ensuring that products and processes meet industry standards and company requirements. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality control in manufacturing, IT, healthcare, or other industries. The Trainee Quality Assistant will work closely with senior quality professionals to learn inspection, documentation, and compliance procedures.

• To plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables

• Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels pertaining to environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs

• Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements

• Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints

• Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
