Job Overview:
We are looking for Fresher/Experienced Trainee Quality Control Engineer to join our CNC Sheet Metal Fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, conducting inspections, and maintaining quality standards as per industry requirements. This role is a great opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in a precision engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Quality Inspection – Perform in-process and final inspections of CNC sheet metal components.
✅ Measurement & Testing – Use measuring instruments like Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM to check product dimensions.
✅ Documentation & Reporting – Maintain quality records, prepare reports, and document non-conformities.
✅ Process Monitoring – Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and standards.
✅ Root Cause Analysis – Identify defects and assist in corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
✅ Customer Specification Compliance – Ensure all products meet client requirements and company quality standards.
✅ Collaboration – Work closely with the production and design teams to improve quality and minimize rejections.
✅ 5S & Safety Practices – Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the workplace.
