Recruiter/ Sr IT Technical Recruiter
- Graduate/Post Graduate with a total of 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience of working in large, professionally managed firms, with exposure to a highly matrixed local and global reporting environment.
- Expertise in hiring for Large Captives.
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates.
- Strong understanding of the local hiring market for the relevant technology skill-sets.
- Capable of building strong Client relationships & professionally manage client expectations.
- Proven experience in managing an end to end recruitment process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize appropriately, meets deadlines and juggle simultaneous demands.
