We are looking to hire fresh individuals as Trainee Recruiter for the US IT and Technical Recruitment.

Qualification:

Responsibilities:

Source candidates from internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, Social Media.
Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors.
Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets
Take care for full cycle recruitment
