- Job Role: Trainee – Sales Coordinator – Imports
- Job Location: Mumbai, Andheri East

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Excel Formulas
- Employment Type: Trainee
- Traineeship Period: 06 Months
- Checking -In-bond & Ex-bond Bill, Invoicing with actual dispatch, Preparing Monthly sales related report.
- Checking & Updating Import & Ex-bond Bills
- Maintaining Ex-bond Bill of Entries details in Excel as per Bond Wise
- Checking Warehouse Bill & Transportation Bill
- Updating Stock Review Report
- Dispatch Details to be sent with Invoice copy details
- Checking invoice Qty & send to concern area with W/H
- Preparing invoice file
- Preparing Monthly Bio Primary Value & Volume Report & updating Budget '18 every month
- Preparing and updating report of Monthly statement of customs duty and interest as per order received
