Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious fresh graduates (2024–2025 pass outs) to join our organization as Trainee Sales Executive in the Sales & Marketing department. This role is specially designed for freshers who want to build a career in sales, business development, and marketing. The company will provide structured training at no cost to the candidates, and after successful completion of the training, candidates will be placed in the field to directly interact with clients and customers.

This is a field-based job (not office-based), where candidates will learn how to develop business opportunities, understand customer needs, build relationships, and achieve sales targets. It is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, practical exposure, and career growth in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend structured sales & marketing training sessions conducted by the company.

  • Learn about products, services, and market positioning.

  • Support senior sales staff during field visits and client meetings.

  • Conduct field sales activities such as lead generation, client interaction, and product promotion.

  • Showcase product features and explain benefits to customers.

  • Assist in developing new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones.

  • Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Collect market feedback and share insights with the management team.

  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and promotional activities.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong interest in sales, marketing, and business development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

  • Ability to work in a field job environment with frequent travel.

  • Confidence in handling customer queries and objections.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, smartphones, and digital tools.

Educational Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates from any stream (2024–2025 pass outs).

  • No prior work experience required.

  • Candidates with internships or exposure in sales/marketing will have an added advantage.
