Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To develop and maintain institutional sales in the Food Service & Institution areas of business in the region mainly hotels, caterers and restaurants and alternate channels.
- To develop &maintain Key accounts of FS & Institutions and to sustain profitability of FS business in the designated territories.
- To maintain existing accounts and promote additional sales in hotels, restaurants, cafes , caterers & alternate channels (Airlines, Corporate Parks, Hospitals etc),.
- Identifying and appointment of FS distributors for food service as per company policies and norms in his assigned Territory
- Ensure the supplies to distributor done though company warehouse or direct supplies as per the policies and norms of company and ensure proper timings as per customer requirement.
- Having Two wheeler is mandatory.
- Ability to manage cross regional teams and channel partners
- Convincing and negotiation skills

- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Good business sense and a professional manner
