Trainee/Service Exe. for Equity Dealing/MF operations
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing client orders and looking after back office work of Equities and Mutual Fund. The candidate must have basic knowledge of capital markets, communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute buy/sell orders for clients across various exchanges (NSE/BSE).
· Monitor real-time market activity and provide clients with timely updates and insights.
· Maintain records of trades and client interactions as per SEBI and exchange norms.
· Assist clients with queries related to trading platforms, order status etc.
· Provide support in new account openings and onboarding of trading clients.
· Maintain client records, reports, and MIS.
· Process mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, switches, and SIPs.
· To manage day-to-day operations and administrative activities related to mutual fund investments.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree
· NISM is not mandatory.
· No experience required but knowledge of Share Trading and basics of MF is must.
· Analytical and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
· Knowledge of MS Excel and back office software systems.
