Trainee Software Engineer

We are an upstart IT Consulting and Services company focused on the Oracle cloud application and technology space.

As part of our bootstrap process, we are urgently seeking talented young professionals to join our team. 

Engineering graduates (BE/B-Tech/ME/M-Tech/MCA) from 2020, 2021, and 2022 batches only can apply.

Candidates should have:

·         Skills in SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C/C++/C#, XML, Python (at least 1 or more)

·         Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills

Selection Process:-

·         Resume Shortlisting

·         Written test comprising of Quantitative and Verbal Assessments

·         Group Discussion on current affairs

·         Personal Interviews

·         Internship (4 months)

(Note: Written, Group Discussion, and Personal Interviews will be conducted through personal appearance, venue and date/time will be shared separately to shortlisted candidates)

Job Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

All candidates selected will mandatorily go through an internship program. During the internship candidates will undergo intense training cum project work culminating with an Oracle Implementation Specialist certification that they must acquire from Oracle University. The internship period will last for 4 months extendable by 2 months. During this period candidates will receive a stipend of INR 12,500/- per month. Upon successfully completing the program, they will be absorbed into full-time roles as Trainee Software Engineer. The starting CTC will be INR 3.60L per annum plus a performance-linked bonus.

All selected candidates must agree to work from the company premises in Bhubaneswar following appropriate Covid related guidelines issued by the local agencies. During the internship candidates are expected to spend a minimum of 20 hours per week on their training and project assignments/Course work, this includes time on the weekends as well.
