Job Description
- The primary responsibility is to secure and support end user laptops, Printers and Hardware troubleshooting for Internal Users and customers
- Secondary responsibility is to implement various tools and applications for internal usages
- Work with External customer on project and operational basis and internal employees across the various towers.
- Should have strong analytical skill
- Should have excellent communication (Verbal and Written)
- Should be self-driven
- Good-to-have-skills
- Training on SCCM Suite of applications,
- Training on Windows 10, Windows 8
- Training on Windows Server operating system, AD, DNS, DHCP is added advantage
- Training on networking
- Training on Office 365
- Training on Linux, VMWare and Hyper-V
- Client Engineering
- Install, Configure and maintain SCCM instance(s) for managing endpoint devices (Patching, imaging, OS deployment, packaging and package distribution)
- Package and Image preparation, distribution and troubleshooting installation issues
- Automation using SCCM, Service Manager, Orchestrator and JAMF
- Mobile device management using MDM tools (e.g. Intune, AirWatch, MobileIron, Mobile Device Manager)
- Client backup and restoration from backup
- Endpoint Security
- Secure end user devices using Endpoint protection tools (Sophos, Trend Micro, Symantec, McAfee etc.) and provide host-based security (e.g. IDS, Anti Malware, AntiSpam, Antivirus, firewall)
- Secure information on end user devices using Full Disk Encryption (e.g. bitlocker) and DLP (e.g. Sophos, Trend Micro etc.)
- Identity Access Management
- Implement and maintain AD Audit tools
- Implement and maintain Password self-service for end users
