Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Trainee Talent Acquisition Executive to assist in the recruitment and hiring process. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are passionate about HR and eager to learn talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation. The trainee will work closely with the HR team to support hiring efforts, build candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

·         Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels.

·         Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.

·         Maintain and update candidate databases.

·         Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

·         Prepare onboarding materials and orientation schedules.

·         Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities.

·         Collect feedback and assist in implementing improvement initiatives.

·         Maintain employee records and documentation.

·         Assist in managing HR databases and reports.

·         Help identify training needs and organize training sessions.

·         Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

·         Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

·         Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.

TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR functions.
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
