Key Responsibilities:
- Doing End-to-end Recruitment
- Advertise vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, such as newspapers, websites, and magazines.
- Using social media to advertise positions attracts candidates and builds
- relationships with candidates and employers.
- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be at work; using candidate databases to match the right person to the organization vacancy.
- Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants.
- Briefing the candidate about the job's responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
- Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the Management.
- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
- Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed.
- You will be working with key stakeholders of Zyoin and help us hire the right talent for our customers.
