Job Description
Inviting all the freshers and recruiters with less than one year experience, who are looking to make a career in recruiting. We have 12 openings.
We are launching a one-of-a-kind recruitment training bootcamp that will be conducted remotely and will include 2 months of solid hands-on training, followed by 10 months of contractual recruiting work with Hiring Express. After the first 2 months of training and during the first 2 months of your recruiting, we will continue your training on the weekends for advanced concepts in recruiting, to help you grow into a well rounded recruiter. We will pay the entire cost for your training. During the 10 months of contractual recruiting your monthly stipend will be Rs 18,000 per month and you can get additional bonus on each successful placement with extra incentives on exceeding monthly recruiting targets.

During training
- Regularly attend daily training sessions
- Do all required assignments and exercises
- Make yourself available and come prepared for all 1-1 sessions scheduled with trainer
- Participate in online events recommended by the trainer
- Maintain and share a daily summary of learning, activities
- Attend feedback sessions every Saturday
Once deployment period starts
- Review jobs posted on Hiring Express
- Source promising candidates and help their onboarding
- Recommend matching jobs to candidates
- Perform basic candidate background checks and do first level screening
- Encourage candidates to record video introductions to help them stand out
- Evaluate and submit candidates to matching jobs on Hiring Express
- Coordinate Candidate Interviews
- Help your candidates in offer negotiation and acceptance
- Post-offer candidate and client engagement ensuring closure and smooth induction
- Attend mentoring and feedback sessions every Saturday
