Job Description

Knowledge of Computer Hardware - Motherboard, RAM, HDD, SSD etc.
Understand working of Printers, Computers and Desktops, CCTV, Win10 Installation, Microsoft Office Installation, AntiVirus Data Backup, Data Recovery.
Establish a positive working relationship with the customer service team. This is accomplished by utilizing the proper communication techniques.
Respond to customer phone and walk-in inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
Thoroughly read and understand job ticket information, to be able to complete the jobs per required specifications.
Work together with customer service staff to insure that all jobs are processed efficiently and correctly to the customer’s exact specifications.
Enter tracking information on all jobs into the BPD Data Base. This is done to keep the customer service team informed of the progress of the jobs through their processes.
Expedite follow-up of difficult project processes and issues.
