TRAINEE TELECALLING
ü To answer every call effectively for Restaurant table bookings and cancellations.
ü Taking feedback from the dined-in customers about foods and service and other criteria.
ü Attend to customer calls immediately with a zeal to help and always courteous and soft-spoken,
ü To be able to coordinate with the operation team for bookings and cancellations
ü Adherence to the Quality of Calls and Procedures.
ü Should be able to understand the customer's need and reply diligently.
