We are seeking a Testing Engineer with exposure to Access Control Solutions, with a passion for quality. As Testing Engineer, your hands-on technical ability and applied experience will be required to improve and ensure the quality of the Access Control products under Acsys portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Work with the QA Manager in ensuring the usability, reliability, and quality standards of the products.

·       Work closely with Engineers/Architects/ Customer Services to align the customer requirements mapped to the quality standards of Acsys.

·       Analysis of requirements, specifications, and detailed design documents

·       Analysis of test plans, test cases, resources and risk evaluation

·       Participate in RND meetings with clients and understand business requirements

·       Maintaining test plans and designing test cases

·       Executing Test Cases to ensure the overall quality of the product

·       Testing software systems and formulating professional test documentation.

Key Result Areas:

• Functional/feature testing, Regression, load, performance, high availability, GUI testing and applications testing

• Understanding the product requirements, prepare the test design, test design reviews, updating the test results and generation of test reports

• Should be able to Execution & Monitoring of Test cases, well verse in Troubleshooting, testing concepts and making bug reports

• Responsible for Creating Test plans and creating Client & Internal Reporting

• Maintaining Quality Manuals & Standards; document

• Train Sales/Customer Services on the new solution/customization features

Essential skills:

·        Prior testing experience on products

·       Experience of working within a quality and compliance environment and application of policies, procedures, and guidelines

·       A good understanding of quality standards, user experience

·       Good writing skills (for documenting the process)

·       Good communications and consultancy skills

·       Ability to think from customers viewpoint

·       Would be an added advantage if worked with electronics hardware/Software (IoT) Product testing.

·       Work with technical resources to discuss and troubleshoot issues.

·       Manage and execute testing approaches including System, Functional, Integration, Regression and Performance testing

·       Experience in Working with JIRA

Desired Skills:

·       Deep Understanding of Access Control Management Solutions

·       Self-motivated working under minimal supervision

·       Ability to operate in a changing and ambiguous environment

·       Good time management skills, ability to priorities tasks effectively

·       Good communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to the customers

·       Experienced in working with multi-cultural teams and customers

·       Experience in automation testing using selenium.

·       Experience in mobility testing with debugging /troubleshooting tools

·       Testing Certification would be an added advantage
