Trainee US IT Recruiter
Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements related to their IT needs and deliver qualified candidates
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process, right from sourcing candidates from job portals till on-boarding.
- Source and screen potential candidates for the requirement using job portals & other online tools.
- Establish relationships with candidates in the specified region
- Interview prospective candidates and educate candidates about the opportunity
- Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements
- Negotiate compensation, coordinate for the interview schedules between the client and the candidate, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other qualified consultants.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Strong work ethics and sense of commitment
- Ability to work in a faced paced environment
- Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Result orientation and strong desire to earn a good income
- Willing to work night shifts (US timings)
