Open Position: Trainee US Recruiter
Number of Openings- 20
Experience: Fresher to 1 year (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Working days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Shift Timing: 6:00 pm to 3:30 am (US Shift)
Compensation- 21,450/- per month + Cab facilities + In-house meals + Medical Insurance
(Location: - Canadian Systems Building, Sector 62, Noida)
Required Skills
1. Excellent Communication Skills is a MUST.
2. Target Oriented
3. Must Possess a strong sense of Urgency, Flexibility, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
· Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings, and user/technical groups.
· Screen and build a pipeline of candidates and provide a constant source of candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
· Establish strong relationships with consultants/contractors.
· Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and targets; handle multiple high-priority requirements workload at any given time.
· Should be able to deal with the clients from submission till closer.
