BPO / Domestic Process Trainer - Gurukul, North

Team | Role | Responsibilities : 

The Gurukul Team is the engine responsible for implementing The/Nudge's flagship poverty alleviation program 'Program in Life Management' across its Gurukuls.

Gurukul North is expanding and we are looking to hire trainers to join the team. As the BPO or Domestic Process Trainer, you will play a key role in being the support system to our students at the Gurukul and empower them to achieve their potential.

This position will directly report to Principal at the Gurukul.

Responsibilities : 

·         Work closely with our students (aged 18 - 30) to build strong student-mentor relationship.

·         Deliver the Domestic BPO & BFSI BPO training curriculum in classroom.

·         Motivate and mentor the students about the profession through effective training.

·         Conduct classroom and practical assessments for the students, evaluate their performance.

·         Be responsible for timely delivery of the course and periodic assessments.

·         Review and share feedback about the curriculum and content.

·         Work closely with the Gurukul team to deliver better learning outcomes.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

·         Someone who enjoys teaching or training as a career.

·         Having atleast 1 - 3 years of experience in the Domestic BPO voice process of which at least 1 year as a Team lead or Trainer (preferred).

·         Having good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools and web based systems.

·         Fluent in English and Spoken Hindi.

·         A graduate in any discipline.

Compensation : INR 23,000 to 30,000 per month (gross)
