Job Description
Qualification ITI/DIPLOMA in CIVIL ENGINEERING
Experience 0-1 year
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensively presenting lessons and facilitating learning.
- Providing individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning.
- Creating educational content like PPT presentations, etc.
- Providing Demo sessions on various softwares.
- Candidate must be punctual and dedicated to facilitating the students in theory & practical classes.
- Conduct assessments, exams, and skill evaluations to track student progress.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to enhance students’ technical skills.
- ITI/Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering with strong computer skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi is a must.
- Experience as a Civil Trainer or Draftsman will be an added advantage
- Proficient in any Software: Staad Pro, Civil 3D, Revit Structure, and Revit MEP. 3ds max
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Revit, and project management tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate learners.
