Job Description
1 Mobilization
- Identify beneficiaries for batch formation with the support of Accion in partner institutions.
- Registration of Beneficiaries
- To find and finalize the training venues
2. Trainings on Accion’s Financial literacy program- Dialogue on Business and money plan
- Trainer will have to conduct 2-3 trainings per day for 6 days a week
- Batch size should be 4-5 members per group for DOB and 10 to15 members per group for Money Plan program
- Trainer will have to make a training schedule and send it to project coordinator.
- Trainer will have to maintain an attendance register.
- Targets given for training have to be followed.3.Reporting
- Baseline forms need to properly fill and entered into the software
- Attendance registers need to be maintained.
- Training schedules need to be maintained.
- Daily reporting of training no’s with pictures of the training conducted
