JD for Trainer
- Minimum 1 – year of experience is training with exceptional communication & presentation skills
- Responsible for the overall performance of the training batch
- Monitor and coach the agents on OJT along with the tenured agents
- Work closely with the managers & the QA team to determine the training needs
- To understand the operational KPIs and develop the training needs accordingly
- To conduct refresher training in order to improve the performance of the agents
