Job Description
1. Conduct an orientation program for blue & white collared employees
2. Ensure effective achievement of process implementation and process adherence
3. Deliver effective training as per agreed timelines
4. Conduct process training, up-skill training for existing/new verticals/categories and refresher training
Few things to note:
1. It will be a 6-day working week
2. Knowledge of regional languages is preferred
3. Should be ready to do rotational shifts

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 26th Aug'20 and 30th Sep'20
3. are available for duration of 2 months

1. Strong communication - English and local language proficiency
2. Excellent delivery, organizational, and planning skills
3. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
4. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Powerpoint is desirable
5. Good presentation skills

7. Initiative and the ability to offer ideas
