Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Trainer to work with children aged 5 to 15 years. The ideal candidate will have a love for kids, a playful and engaging approach, and the ability to communicate effectively in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. This role requires someone who is physically fit, hardworking, and loyal, dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions, games, and activities designed to engage children between 5 and 15 years old.

Develop and implement age-appropriate training plans to enhance children’s skills, physical fitness, and overall development.

Create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where kids feel motivated to participate.

Communicate clearly and kindly with children, parents, and supervisors.

Monitor the progress and well-being of children during sessions.

Manage discipline and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Show enthusiasm and patience while interacting and playing with kids.

Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all times.
Candidate Requirements:

Age between 18 and 28 years.

Physically fit and energetic to actively engage with children.

Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English to communicate effectively with children and parents.

Genuine love for kids and a natural inclination to play and interact with them.

Loyal, dependable, and hardworking personality.

Previous experience with kids is a plus but not mandatory.

Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
