Designation : Trainer
Role: Medical Transcription Trainer
Shift timings- 10 am to 7 pm or 11 am to 8 pm

Key responsibilities:

Make a training program in consultation with production.
Coordinate with HR and hire the candidates for training.
Conduct training program.
Train and mentor the transcription teams on both process and skills.
Work with freshers and junior transcriptionists
Identify training needs through TNA and Quality Management teams
Train on UK Medical Practices, with a special focus on NHS.
Train on deciphering UK accents
Should be familiar with Healthcare Industry guidelines in UK
Should have worked as a medical transcriptionist for atleast 1-3 years.
Should be willing to travel to their office in Pune/Bangalore
