Job Description
Butterflies is looking for a candidate for the post of Programme Coordinator – Training and Capacity Building. The person will be responsible for managing all training and capacity building programmes of the organization including developing training strategies and planning in compliance with organization’s strategic plan and commitments to the donors.
Specific roles and responsibilities:
(1) Development of training programme with concept, strategies, plan, material and budget.
(2) Identify training needs within the organization, partner organizations, children and other stakeholders by taking inputs from programme heads.
(3) Develop content and methodology with clear learning aims and objectives and evaluation plan, test and finalise.
(4) Organise, coordinate training activities with clear plan, facilitate session and evaluate training quality during and after training sessions; prepare reports by capturing the learning feedback and analysis.
(5) Identify resources persons in the relevant fields and mobilize them for providing training to the targeted audience.
(6) Develop relevant guidelines, reporting formats, training manuals and other documents relevant to the programme objectives.
(7) Identify new collaborators such as universities, research institutions, and private partners, to develop collaborative agreements to develop and achieve training plans.
(8) Explore opportunities of training and capacity building opportunities for staff and suggest nominations.
(9) Manage and maintain comprehensive training records, including records of participating organisations, training venues, number of participants.
(10) Prepare analytical report for the donors.

Qualification– Post graduate in Social Work, Social Sciences with at least 5 years of proven experience in managing training programmes.
