Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify company training and development needs through job analysis and regular consultation with team leads and human resources departments
2. Design and expand training and development programs based on the organization's needs
3. Work with HRs and produce satisfactory programs for all relevant departments in an organization, such as for personal loans, digital loans, credit cards, etc
4. Plan and assess any training or development program's 'return on investment'
5. Develop effective induction programs for new staff and Telecallers
6. Monitor and review trainees' progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers & TLs
7. Devise individual learning plans
8. Manage the delivery of training and development programs
9. Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
10. Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research
