Job Description
Designation – Training & Assessment
Location –Mumbai /Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Conducts training and development needs assessment as per the client requirement.
∙ Develops training and development programs and objectives.
∙ Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
∙ Trains and coaches all involved in the Vizstore software training
∙ Plans, organizes, and facilitates the training programme.
∙ Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
∙ Modifies programs as needed.
∙ Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the staff. ∙ Works on the areas of improvement and customization if any in the Software.
∙ Knowledge of training the software to different stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills/Abilities:
∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∙ BBA/BMS/MBA Fresher required.
∙ Strong presentation skills.
∙ Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. ∙ Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives. ∙ Ability to design and implement effective training and development. ∙ Male Candidates Preferred
∙ Travel to client locations whenever required.
∙ Fluent in Hindi, local language and good in English.Job Particulars
