Job Description
Job Title: Training Coach Associate
Department: Teaching
& Training / Learning & Development
Industry: Business Coaching & Personal Development
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Remote (Work from Home)
Compensation: ₹12,000 per month (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and assist in live online training sessions
- Mentor and guide learners during training and practice hours
- Address learner queries and ensure active engagement
- Track attendance, assignments, and learner progress
- Maintain basic training records and collect student feedback
- Coordinate with senior coaches and internal management teams
- Support coaching programs including:
- Business Coaching
- Personal Development Coaching
- Life & Leadership Coaching
Working Schedule (Split Shift Model)
- Morning Training: 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Support & Follow-up: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexible)
- Evening Training: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: 1.5 Days (Sunday – Full Day | Monday – Half Day)
Courses & Programs Handled
- Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Training Programs
- 1-Month and 3-Month Structured Coaching Courses
(Course structure and syllabus remain unchanged)
Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Women Only
- Age: 28 – 35 years
- Experience: Minimum 2 – 5 years (Mandatory)
- Freshers: Not eligible
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (Tamil mandatory; basic English preferred)
- Experience in coaching, training, teaching, or mentoring
- High discipline, punctuality, and professional responsibility
- Ability to handle early morning and late evening schedules
- Basic knowledge of Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, and LMS platforms
- Laptop with stable internet connection is mandatory
