Training Coordinator Jobs in Bangalore - Inspire Technologies India Private Limited

Key Accountabilities:

• Organizes training activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Ensures all prerequisites and eligibility criteria are met prior to an instructor-led course.
• Supports Inspire internal teams (Sales and Delivery) with materials and guidelines regarding available courses/training prerequisites and coordinates online/onsite trainings and certification exams
• Works with the Academy Architect to set up and maintain courses on the Academy e-learning platform
• Coordinates and performs the training feedback and improvement process, working with both internal and external Academy users
• Communicates training news and updates via emails, newsletters etc. to both Inspire customers and Inspire internal teams
• Ensures alignment throughout all UiPath teams making sure the training process is followed globally.
• Creates and maintains training presentation decks.
• Addresses Inspire Academy/training support requests through the Inspire internal ticketing system
• Actively monitors and moderates the Inspire Community Forum on Inspire Academy topics
• Conducts introductory calls with Inspire Training Partners and showcases the Inspire LMS functionalities.
• Provides stats to the Inspire Academy Lead on regional trainings and certifications.

Education/Technical/Functional Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Good internal and client-facing communication skills
• Previous experience with any LMS is a plus.
