Training Coordinator Jobs in Chennai - Gyana Learning and development

Position Duties:

·      To balance a good working relation between Client and Company.

·      Handling major/key accounts or corporates and cater to their training requirements 

·      Customer engagement on a regular basis to understand their training needs & requirements and take feedback on the services delivered

·      Handling all communication with the participants

·      Supervising post training activities

·      Handling and coordinating with the faculties to ensure smooth execution of post training activities

·      Handling all pre training, in progress training and post training activities 

·      Single Point of Contact for the customer for any training delivery related issues

·      Vendor Management (freelance trainers/consultants etc.)

·      Training Reports and Documentation

·      Ensure smooth execution of training delivery

·      Distribution of course material

·      Keeping a track of the course material, training books, training props

·      Managing External Trainers Database.

·      Mapping the trainers based on the requirements.

·      Maintaining records of all training programs and participants

·      Responsible for the roistering of Trainers both on pay Roll as well as freelance consultants

Areas of expertise:

·      Behavioural Training Operations, Delivery, Coordinating 

·      Good Communication Skill

Qualification:

·      Relevant experience for 1-3 years in training coordination

·      Graduation or Post graduate
