Job Description

Handle all the IT course inquiries via mails, sms and phone calls
Explain about the IT course trainings such as course fee, course duration, timings etc to the Enquirer
Conduct demo sessions and training sessions after discussing with course trainer and the participants
Follow-up of enquiries from different parts of the world and make a record of them in the CRM software.
