Job Description
- Handle all the IT course inquiries via mails, sms and phone calls
- Explain about the IT course trainings such as course fee, course duration, timings etc to the Enquirer
- Conduct demo sessions and training sessions after discussing with course trainer and the participants
- Follow-up of enquiries from different parts of the world and make a record of them in the CRM software.
- Good negotiating skills
