Job Description

Training Coordinator responsibilities include communicating with Technical lead and CEO to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Training Coordinators are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.

 Sourcing profiles for joining and induction.
 Sourcing Trainer profile for all the technologies Niche and Vanila.
 Sourcing suitable trainer profiles for the training requirements from the clients.
 Conducting the technical - call between the client and the trainer for the evaluation and selection of
the profile sourced.
 Co -ordination end to end between the client, trainer and the Knowledge services team from the selection of trainer to travel arrangements to payments made.
