Training Coordinator recruitment in National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj on short term contract basis.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Rural development/Natural Resource Management with at least 5 years of experience in Teaching/Training through participatory approaches in capacity building programs for communities. Exposure to climate change adaptation practice adopted in India would be desirable. Should have ability to design training and capacity building modules, various knowledge products for training, capacity building & knowledge management and dissemination skills. Proficiency in English and Hind is essential. Should have excellent documentation and report writing skills both in English & Hindi.
