Job Description

- CTC - 14,400/- In Hand
- Qualification - Graduation with 50% marks from Chemistry background (B.Tech Not allowed)
- Age - Maximum 25 Years
- Gender - Male candidates required
- Candidates should have there own two wheeler and Should be flexible in travelling all over Kerala
Contractor Empanelment and training
- New contractor selection and induction as per requirement of unit
- Make training plans with CSO /Unit Head /Head office and share updates on training done.
- Listing of painters associated with contractors and updating the information in respective tracker on regular basis.
- Training compliance w.r.t. planned verses execution
- Do frequent site visits to ascertain the learnings imbibed by the painters on-site he has trained.
- Assess Theme Sites and suggest rework apart from handholding painters initially on sites whenever new designs launched.
- Conduct site visits for checking basic hygiene of site for delivery when not engaged for training.
- Visiting the complaints on regular basis and providing solutions
- Analysis and report sharing with unit head for further course of action.
- Customer interaction
- Responsible for all consumables/panels/Tools/Implements & stock of the training material &
- keep in custody and arrange as when need arises.
- Sampling/Supervision at site as on when required.
- Enabling Sales/Service Team
- Grooming and conducting training for newly joined team members.
