Job Description of Training Coordinator Role:
- Preparing Training Calendar
- Nomination management & seat booking.
- Calling for business development.
- Meetings for Training Requirements.
- Venue Arrangements/Co-ordination.
- Arranging training handouts, stationery, giveaways, etc.
- Sending training related bulletins & communications.
- Training data management.
- Compiling of All Training reports.
- Psychometric testing – conducting & interpretation (If Candidate isMBA - HR).
- Online promotion – updating all social networking sites ( facebook,LinkedIn, etc)
