Job Description
Supports and manage training session organized across the country
Arranging logistics arrangements as per the agenda
Report any delay or issues to the Central Training Team
Handle internal stakeholders’ inquiry for various training sessions
Continuous follow up with employees and trainers until the training closure
Monitor the progress of training sessions and resolve any transactional issues that may arrive
Handle training inquiry (call, mail or any other mode)
Communicate and coordinate with the Trainers/Instructors and the training participants
Collection of reports and making MIS, observation and submit for review
Reports on training analysis, feedback, process and submit for review
Handles multiple projects simultaneously and independently
Should be analytical, problem-solving and self-driven, pro-active & flexible enough to work under pressure
Flexible enough to work in a team
Must have good negotiating and convincing skills
