Training Coordinator
The training coordinator will report to the Training Manager.
Job Overview- We are looking for a competent Training Coordinator to help with the organization and running of the daily training program of the company.
- The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of training administration, support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
- An excellent training coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
- Mapping out training plans and schedules ·
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information
- Schedule and plan training sessions, meetings and appointments
- Monitor training effectiveness by collect regular student feedbacks and handling student grievances, communicating the same to the trainers
- Resolve training-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Maintain trusting relationships with students and colleagues
- Attending or training request calls when needed
- Proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, Training Facilitator or similar role is an advantage however is not required. We love freshers too.
- Proficiency in computer operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Passionate learner
