Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and enthusiastic Training Coordinator to oversee, plan, and manage our training operations. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling training sessions, coordinating with trainers and participants, tracking attendance, collecting feedback, and ensuring smooth delivery of learning programs.

You will play a vital role in supporting both online and offline training activities and ensuring participants receive a valuable and well-organized learning experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and has strong communication and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Planning and Scheduling

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and programs based on company calendar and needs

  • Liaise with trainers, subject matter experts, and departments to finalize training dates and availability

  • Create training schedules and share with all stakeholders well in advance

  • Book venues or set up digital platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.) for sessions

2. Communication and Coordination

  • Notify participants about training schedules through email, WhatsApp, or internal tools

  • Share joining instructions, study material, or pre-training assignments

  • Ensure all technical/logistical requirements are met before sessions begin

  • Serve as the first point of contact for training-related queries from staff or students

3. Documentation and Record Keeping

  • Maintain attendance records, session reports, and participant feedback forms

  • Track and report training completion status to department heads or HR

  • Prepare summary reports on training effectiveness and participation metrics

  • Maintain databases of trainers, vendors, and internal resource persons

4. Monitoring and Feedback

  • Observe training sessions to ensure quality and engagement

  • Collect feedback from participants and trainers after each session

  • Analyze feedback and identify areas of improvement in training delivery

  • Share feedback reports with the HR/learning team and implement improvements

5. Support and Troubleshooting

  • Provide technical support during virtual training (Zoom links, audio/video issues)

  • Assist trainers in using AV equipment, screens, or learning platforms

  • Troubleshoot common issues faced by participants

  • Coordinate for certificates, assignments, or test submissions

Preferred Skills and Tools:

  • Strong communication skills in English and local language (written & verbal)

  • Excellent coordination, time management, and multi-tasking ability

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or other LMS platforms

  • Basic reporting and data analysis skills

  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset

  • Bonus: Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Canva, or basic design tools
